Boss: "It's dog bit awareness week. Just a reminder that if there's a dog in the yard, or running loose, we don't get out of the mail truck."
Me: "What if we know the dog?"
Boss : "We don't get out of the truck."
Me: "So no petting the dog?"
Boss : "No"
Me : "No playing with the dog?"
Boss: "NO. Absolutely not."
Me : "No giving them dog treats?"
Boss: *blinks* "Are you serious? No."
Me: "What if they hold a dog adoption event on your mail route?"
Boss: "Did I stutter?"
Me: "So no petting the 15 loveable dogs and giving them smoochies?"
Boss: *mouth hangs open* "Are you crazy?"
Me: "A little bit. So no coaxing one into the back of the mail truck?"
Boss : .......
Me: "And definitely no taking one home forever."
